Then said the king unto him, Thinkest thou not that Bel is a living god? or seest thou not how much he eateth and drinketh every day?

Manghai loh, “Kaimih kah Bel patthen he hing rhep tila na tangnah moenih a?”. “Hnin takuem ah meyet a ok tih a caak khaw na hmuh manim?” a ti nah.

καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῷ ὁ βασιλεύς· οὐ δοκεῖ σοι Βὴλ εἶναι ζῶν θεός; ἢ οὐχ ὁρᾷς ὅσα ἐσθίει καὶ πίνει καθ' ἑκάστην ἡμέραν;

Καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῷ ὁ βασιλεὺς, οὐ δοκεῖ σοι Βὴλ εἶναι ζῶν θεός; ἢ οὐχ ὁρᾷς ὅσα ἐσθίει καὶ πίνει καθʼ ἑκάστην ἡμέραν;
