Da berief der König Jojada, das Oberhaupt der Priester, und sprach zu ihm: Warum hast du dich nicht darum gekümmert, daß die Leviten die Steuer aus Juda und Jerusalem einbringen, die von Mose, dem Knechte Jahwes, der Volksgemeinde Israels zum Besten des Gesetzeszeltes auferlegt ward?
Da rief der König den Jojada, den Oberpriester, und sprach zu ihm: Warum verlangst du nicht von den Leviten, daß sie von Juda und Jerusalem die Steuer einbringen, welche Mose, der Knecht des HERRN, auferlegte und welche die Gemeinde Israel zur Hütte des Zeugnisses brachte?

O rei chamou Joiada, o chefe, e lhe disse: “Por que você não exigiu dos levitas que trouxessem de Judá e de Jerusalém o imposto de Moisés, o servo do SENHOR, e da congregação de Israel, para a Tenda do Testemunho?”
Por isso o rei chamou a Joiada o principal, e disse-lhe: Por que não procuraste que os levitas tragam de Judá e de Jerusalém ao tabernáculo do testemunho, a oferta que impôs Moisés servo do SENHOR, e da congregação de Israel?

Entonces el rey mandó llamar al sumo sacerdote Joiada y le reclamó: “¿Por qué no les has exigido a los levitas que traigan de Judá y de Jerusalén el tributo ordenado por Moisés, el siervo de Yahvé, y por la comunidad de Israel para la Tienda del Pacto?”

וַיִּקְרָ֣א הַמֶּלֶךְ֮ לִֽיהוֹיָדָ֣ע הָרֹאשׁ֒ וַיֹּ֣אמֶר ל֗וֹ מַדּ֨וּעַ֙ לֹֽא־דָרַ֣שְׁתָּ עַל־הַלְוִיִּ֔ם לְהָבִ֞יא מִֽיהוּדָ֣ה וּמִֽירוּשָׁלִַ֗ם אֶת־מַשְׂאַת֙ מֹשֶׁ֣ה עֶֽבֶד־יְהוָ֔ה וְהַקָּהָ֖ל לְיִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל לְאֹ֖הֶל הָעֵדֽוּת׃
