پس ایشان در حضور پادشاه جواب دادند وگفتند که «این دانیال که از اسیران یهودا میباشد به توای پادشاه و به فرمانی که امضا نمودهای اعتنانمی نماید، بلکه هر روز سه مرتبه مسالت خود رامی نماید.»
