Now therefore if you be ready at what hour soever you shall hear the sound of the trumpet, flute, harp, sackbut, and psaltery, and symphony, and of all kind of music, prostrate yourselves, and adore the statue which I have made: but if you do not adore, you shall be cast the same hour into the furnace of burning fire: and who is the God that shall deliver you out of my hand?

כְּעַ֞ן הֵ֧ן אִֽיתֵיכֹ֣ון עֲתִידִ֗ין דִּ֣י בְעִדָּנָ֡א דִּֽי־תִשְׁמְע֡וּן קָ֣ל קַרְנָ֣א מַשְׁרֹוקִיתָ֣א *קִיתָרֹס (קַתְרֹ֣וס) שַׂבְּכָ֡א פְּסַנְתֵּרִין֩ וְסוּמְפֹּ֨נְיָ֜ה וְכֹ֣ל ׀ זְנֵ֣י זְמָרָ֗א תִּפְּל֣וּן וְתִסְגְּדוּן֮ לְצַלְמָ֣א דִֽי־עַבְדֵת֒ וְהֵן֙ לָ֣א תִסְגְּד֔וּן בַּהּ־שַׁעֲתָ֣ה תִתְרְמֹ֔ון לְגֹֽוא־אַתּ֥וּן נוּרָ֖א יָקִֽדְתָּ֑א וּמַן־ה֣וּא אֱלָ֔הּ דֵּ֥י יְשֵֽׁיזְבִנְכֹ֖ון מִן־יְדָֽי׃
כען הן איתיכון עתידין די בעדנא די תשמעון קל קרנא משרוקיתא קיתרס שבכא פסנתרין וסומפניה וכל זני זמרא תפלון ותסגדון לצלמא די עבדת והן לא תסגדון בה שעתה תתרמון לגוא אתון נורא יקדתא ומן הוא אלה די ישיזבנכון מן ידי׃
فَإِنْ كُنْتُمُ ٱلْآنَ مُسْتَعِدِّينَ عِنْدَمَا تَسْمَعُونَ صَوْتَ ٱلْقَرْنِ وَٱلنَّايِ وَٱلْعُودِ وَٱلرَّبَابِ وَٱلسِّنْطِيرِ وَٱلْمِزْمَارِ وَكُلَّ أَنْوَاعِ ٱلْعَزْفِ إِلَى أَنْ تَخِرُّوا وَتَسْجُدُوا لِلتِّمْثَالِ ٱلَّذِي عَمِلْتُهُ. وَإِنْ لَمْ تَسْجُدُوا فَفِي تِلْكَ ٱلسَّاعَةِ تُلْقَوْنَ فِي وَسَطِ أَتُّونِ ٱلنَّارِ ٱلْمُتَّقِدَةِ. وَمَنْ هُوَ ٱلْإِلَهُ ٱلَّذِي يُنْقِذُكُمْ مِنْ يَدَيَّ؟».
الان اگر مستعد بشوید که چون آواز کرنا و سرنا و عود و بربط و سنتور وکمانچه و هر قسم آلات موسیقی را بشنوید به روافتاده، تمثالی را که ساختهام سجده نمایید، (فبها) و اما اگر سجده ننمایید، در همان ساعت در میان تون آتش ملتهب انداخته خواهید شد وکدام خدایی است که شما را از دست من رهایی دهد.»
ယခု တွင် တံပိုး ၊ ခရာ၊ စောင်း ၊ ပုလွေ ၊ တယော၊ ပတ်သာအစရှိသော တုရိယာ မျိုး တီးမှုတ်ခြင်း အသံ ကို ကြား သောအခါ ၊ ငါလုပ် သော ရွှေရုပ်တု ကို ပြပ်ဝပ် ကိုးကွယ်အံ့သောငှါအသင့် နေကြ။ သို့မဟုတ်လျှင်၊ မီး လောင် လျက်ရှိသောမီးဖို ထဲသို့ ချက်ခြင်းချ ပစ်မည်။ ငါ ၏လက် မှ ကယ် လွှတ်နိုင်သော ဘုရား ကား၊ အဘယ် ဘုရားရှိသနည်းဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
이제라도 너희가 예비하였다가 언제든지 나팔과, 피리와, 수금과, 삼현금과, 양금과, 생황과, 및 모든 악기 소리를 듣거든 내가 만든 신상 앞에 엎드리어 절하면 좋거니와 너희가 만일 절하지 아니하면 즉시 너희를 극렬히 타는 풀무 가운데 던져 넣을 것이니 능히 너희를 내 손에서 건져 낼 신이 어떤 신이겠느냐

Agora pois, se estais prontos, quando ouvirdes o som da trombeta, do pífano, da cítara, da harpa, do saltério, da flauta, e de todo instrumento musical, prostrai-vos e adorai a estátua que eu fiz.
