ואתה בן אדם אמר אל בני עמך צדקת הצדיק לא תצילנו ביום פשעו ורשעת הרשע לא יכשל בה ביום שובו מרשעו וצדיק לא יוכל לחיות בה ביום חטאתו׃
وَأَنْتَ يَا ٱبْنَ آدَمَ، فَقُلْ لِبَنِي شَعْبِكَ: إِنَّ بِرَّ ٱلْبَارِّ لَا يُنَجِّيهِ فِي يَوْمِ مَعْصِيَتِهِ، وَٱلشِّرِّيرُ لَا يَعْثُرُ بِشَرِّهِ فِي يَوْمِ رُجُوعِهِ عَنْ شَرِّهِ. وَلَا يَسْتَطِيعُ ٱلْبَارُّ أَنْ يَحْيَا بِبِرِّهِ فِي يَوْمِ خَطِيئَتِهِ.
و توای پسرانسان به پسران قوم خود بگو: عدالت مرد عادل در روزی که مرتکب گناه شود، او را نخواهدرهانید. و شرارت مرد شریر در روزی که او ازشرارت خود بازگشت نماید، باعث هلاکت وی نخواهد شد. و مرد عادل در روزی که گناه ورزد، به عدالت خود زنده نتواند ماند.
သို့ဖြစ်၍ ၊ အချင်းလူသား ၊ သင် ၏အမျိုးသား ချင်းတို့အား ဟောပြော ရမည်မှာ၊ ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူသည် ဖေါက်ပြန် လျှင်၊ အရင်ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်း အမှုသည် သူ့ ကို ကယ်တင် ရမည်မ ဟုတ်။ ဆိုး သောသူသည် ဆိုး သောအမှုကိုရှောင် လျှင်၊ အရင်ဆိုး သောအမှုကြောင့် ပျက်စီး ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ရမည်မ ဟုတ်။ ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူသည် ပြစ်မှား သောနေ့ ၌ အသက်ရှင် ရသောအခွင့် မ ရှိရ။
인자야 너는 네 민족에게 이르기를 의인이 범죄하는 날에는 그 의가 구원치 못할 것이요 악이 돌이켜 그 악에서 떠나는 날에는 그 악이 그를 엎드러뜨리지 못할 것인즉 의인이 범죄하는 날에는 그 의로 인하여는 살지 못하리라

Therefore, thou Ben Adam, say unto the Bnei Amecha, The tzidkat hatzaddik (righteousness of a righteous man) shall not save him in his Yom Peysha (Day of Rebellion, Day of his Transgession); as for the rishat harashah, he shall not fall thereby in his Yom Shuv (Day of Turning, Repentance) from his resha; neither shall the tzaddik be able to live his tzedakah in his Yom Chattot (day when he commits sin).
