إِنَّكَ قَدِ ٱتَّكَلْتَ عَلَى عُكَّازِ هَذِهِ ٱلْقَصَبَةِ ٱلْمَرْضُوضَةِ، عَلَى مِصْرَ، ٱلَّتِي إِذَا تَوَكَّأَ أَحَدٌ عَلَيْهَا دَخَلَتْ فِي كَفِّهِ وَثَقَبَتْهَا. هَكَذَا فِرْعَوْنُ مَلِكُ مِصْرَ لِجَمِيعِ ٱلْمُتَوَكِّلِينَ عَلَيْهِ.
هان بر عصای این نی خرد شده یعنی بر مصر توکل مینمایی که اگر کسی بر آن تکیه کند بهدستش فرو رفته، آن را مجروح میسازد. همچنان است فرعون پادشاه مصر برای همگانی که بر وی توکل نمایند.
