וישא משלו ויאמר נאם בלעם בנו בער ונאם הגבר שתם העין׃
ثُمَّ نَطَقَ بِمَثَلِهِ وَقَالَ: «وَحْيُ بَلْعَامَ بْنِ بَعُورَ. وَحْيُ ٱلرَّجُلِ ٱلْمَفْتُوحِ ٱلْعَيْنَيْنِ.
پس مثل خود را آورده، گفت: «وحی بلعام بن بعور. وحی آن مردی که چشمانش بازشد.
