أَنْتَ أَيُّهَا ٱلْمَلِكُ قَدْ أَصْدَرْتَ أَمْرًا بِأَنَّ كُلَّ إِنْسَانٍ يَسْمَعُ صَوْتَ ٱلْقَرْنِ وَٱلنَّايِ وَٱلْعُودِ وَٱلرَّبَابِ وَٱلسِّنْطِيرِ وَٱلْمِزْمَارِ وَكُلِّ أَنْوَاعِ ٱلْعَزْفِ، يَخِرُّ وَيَسْجُدُ لِتِمْثَالِ ٱلذَّهَبِ.

Tu, o re, hai fatto un decreto: che ogni uomo che avrà udito il suon del corno, del flauto, della cetera, dell'arpicordo, del salterio, della sampogna, e d'ogni specie di strumenti di musica, si getti in terra, ed adori la statua d'oro;

Você, ó rei, fez um decreto de que todo homem que ouvir o som da trombeta, da flauta, da cítara, da lira, da harpa, do pífaro e de todos os tipos de música deverá se prostrar e adorar a estátua de ouro;
