王は自分の周りに立っている近衛兵に言った。「行って、主の祭司たちを殺せ。彼らの手もダビデとともにあり、また彼が逃げたことを知っていながら、それをわたしに知らせなかったからだ。」しかし王の家来たちは、主の祭司たちを殺すために手を伸ばそうとはしなかった。
王对站在他周围的卫兵说：“你们转身，杀耶和华的祭司，因为他们的手也与大卫同在，并且他们知道他逃跑，却没有告诉我。”可是王的臣仆不肯伸手攻击耶和华的祭司。
王就吩咐左右的侍卫说：「你们去杀耶和华的祭司；因为他们帮助 大卫，又知道 大卫逃跑，竟没有告诉我。」 扫罗的臣子却不肯伸手杀耶和华的祭司。

Então disse o rei à gente de sua guarda que estava ao redor dele: Voltai-vos e matai aos sacerdotes do SENHOR; porque também a mão deles é com Davi, pois sabendo eles que fugia, não o revelaram a mim. Mas os servos do rei não quiseram estender suas mãos para matar os sacerdotes do SENHOR.

Und der König sprach zu seinen Trabanten, die vor ihm standen: Wendet euch und tötet die Priester des HERRN! Denn ihre Hand ist auch mit David; und obschon sie wußten, daß er floh, haben sie es mir doch nicht eröffnet. Aber die Knechte des Königs wollten die Hand nicht an die Priester des HERRN legen, sie zu erschlagen.

Entonces el rey dijo a su guardia personal: pongan a los sacerdotes del Señor a muerte; porque están del lado de David, y sabiendo que él estaba huyendo, no me lo dijeron. Pero los siervos del rey no extendían sus manos para atacar a los sacerdotes del Señor.

Y el rey ordenó a los guardias que estaban alrededor de él: Regresen y maten a los sacerdotes de Yavé, porque la mano de ellos también está con David, pues sabían que huía y no me lo dijeron. Pero los esclavos del rey no quisieron extender la mano contra los sacerdotes de Yavé.

And HaMelech said unto the footmen that stood about him, Turn, and slay the Kohanim of Hashem; because their yad also is with Dovid, and because they knew when he fled, and did not reveal it in my ear. But the avadim of HaMelech would not put forth their yad to strike the Kohanim of Hashem.
