فَقَالَ: «هَا أَنَا قَاطِعٌ عَهْدًا. قُدَّامَ جَمِيعِ شَعْبِكَ أَفْعَلُ عَجَائِبَ لَمْ تُخْلَقْ فِي كُلِّ ٱلْأَرْضِ وَفِي جَمِيعِ ٱلْأُمَمِ، فَيَرَى جَمِيعُ ٱلشَّعْبِ ٱلَّذِي أَنْتَ فِي وَسَطِهِ فِعْلَ ٱلرَّبِّ. إِنَّ ٱلَّذِي أَنَا فَاعِلُهُ مَعَكَ رَهِيبٌ.

L’Éternel répondit: Voici, je traite une alliance. Je ferai, en présence de tout ton peuple, des prodiges qui n’ont eu lieu dans aucun pays et chez aucune nation; tout le peuple qui t’environne verra l’œuvre de l’Éternel, et c’est par toi que j’accomplirai des choses terribles.
Il répondit : « Je conclus une alliance. Devant tout ton peuple, j'accomplirai des prodiges tels qu'il ne s'en est produit dans aucun pays ni aucune nation. Tout le peuple au milieu duquel tu te trouves verra l'œuvre du SEIGNEUR, car ce que je vais accomplir avec toi sera impressionnant.

Y el Señor dijo: Mira, esto, Yo hago pacto: ante los ojos de tu pueblo haré maravillas, como las que no se han hecho en toda la tierra ni en ninguna nación; y todo tu pueblo verá la obra de el Señor, porque lo que estoy a punto de hacer por ti es muy temible.

Đức Giê-hô-va phán rằng: Nầy, ta lập một giao ước. Trước mặt các dân sự của ngươi, ta sẽ làm các phép lạ chưa hề có làm trên cả mặt đất, hay là nơi dân nào; và toàn dân sự mà trong đó có ngươi, sẽ xem thấy việc Đức Giê-hô-va, vì điều ta sẽ làm cùng ngươi là một điều đáng kinh khiếp.
