Бо Соломон зробив був мідяний амвон, завдовжки пять локот, і завширшки пять локот, а заввишки три ліктї, й поставив його серед двора —, й став на йому, й припав на колїна поперед усієї громади Ізраїлської, і зняв свої руки до неба,
(vì người đã đóng một cái sạp bằng đồng, bề dài năm thước, bề ngang năm thước, bề cao ba thước, để tại giữa hành lang; người đứng tại đó, quì gối xuống trước mặt cả hội chúng Y-sơ-ra-ên, giơ tay lên trên trời),
כִּֽי־עָשָׂ֨ה שְׁלֹמֹ֜ה כִּיּ֣וֹר נְחֹ֗שֶׁת וַֽיִּתְּנֵהוּ֮ בְּת֣וֹךְ הָעֲזָרָה֒ חָמֵ֨שׁ אַמּ֜וֹת אָרְכּ֗וֹ וְחָמֵ֤שׁ אַמּוֹת֙ רָחְבּ֔וֹ וְאַמּ֥וֹת שָׁל֖וֹשׁ קוֹמָת֑וֹ וַיַּעֲמֹ֣ד עָלָ֗יו וַיִּבְרַ֤ךְ עַל־בִּרְכָּיו֙ נֶ֚גֶד כָּל־קְהַ֣ל יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל וַיִּפְרֹ֥שׂ כַּפָּ֖יו הַשָּׁמָֽיְמָה׃
